We used Carriage Insurance since about 1988, recently using Sheri Kennedy as our agent. She and the others at her office have been a pleasure to work with. During those 28 or so years we have had four homes, six or eight cars and a motorcycle. Like many people, we have needed our insurance company to handle a couple house damage situations and a couple motor vehicle accidents. Sheri and Safeco have been excellent, in all respects, helping us recover property damages and repairs. The things you expect an agent to do, but are sometimes disappointed.
